Since our first event as an unofficial student organization in 2024, RedCapes has garnered immense amounts of support, and students have been able to make an incredible impact through events and initiatives provided.

As RedCapes continues to expand its impact in Bloomington and on new college campuses, we hope to continue engaging students and making a meaningful difference in the fight against food insecurity.

While we are grateful for each and every one of our volunteers' contributions, a few Greek organizations have stepped up in each of our events that we believe deserve recognition.

Thanksgiving Cooking Competition

Our flagship event -- collaborating with university dining services to host friendly cooking competitions around Thanksgiving. All food cooked is donated to partering food pantries.

Ramen Drive
